AI consulting · Enablement · Custom builds
Most companies don’t need more AI tools. They need to know which problem is worth solving.
We audit the workflow, find the one that actually costs you money, pick the tools that fit, and train your team to use them. When nothing off the shelf fits, we build it.
We’re operators who build software, not a software company that consults.
Everything we build starts as a problem we hit while running a team. CallGradeIQ exists because we were developing people and couldn’t see inside the conversation that mattered. That’s the whole origin: a real operational problem, then software.
That’s how we work with you. We’re not going to hand you a maturity model and a roadmap. We’re going to find the thing that’s broken, decide whether AI is actually the right answer for it — sometimes it isn’t — and then do the work.
What we do
Four kinds of work.
Workflow audit
We map how work actually moves through your business and find where time and money leak. You get a ranked list of problems worth solving, with an honest note on which ones AI won’t help.
Tool selection
There are forty vendors for every category and most of them won’t exist in three years. We pick what fits your stack, your budget and your team’s tolerance for change.
Team enablement
Software nobody adopts is a line item, not a solution. We train your people, write the standards for use, and build the habit into your existing cadence.
Custom builds
When the thing you need doesn’t exist, we build it. Discovery, scope, build, deploy, and a handoff that leaves your team able to run it.
How an engagement runs
Five steps, no deck.
01
Scope
A working session on what's actually broken. No deck.
02
Audit
We follow the work through your business and quantify the leak.
03
Recommend
A short document: what to fix, in what order, with what, and what to leave alone.
04
Build or implement
Either we deploy and train on existing tools, or we build.
05
Hand off
Documentation and training so your team owns it.
The clearest example of what we ship is a product you can go use.
CallGradeIQ started as an internal answer to a coaching problem and became a commercial product used by sales teams. Same approach we’d bring to your problem: find the real gap, build the narrow thing that closes it, make it usable by people who did not ask for new software.
When we'll tell you not to do this.
If your process isn’t written down, AI will scale the mess. If the problem is that nobody’s accountable, software won’t fix it. If an off-the-shelf tool solves eighty percent of it for two hundred dollars a month, buy the tool.
We’d rather tell you that in the scoping call than six months into a build.
